Communicates customer needs and demands to Hexagon Digital Wave teammates.Provide technical information for parts and assemblies and recognize customer requests based on applications.Coordinate with field supervisors working on the same accounts to ensure consistent service and expectations.Travel to customer locations on sales calls to assist customers with product consultations and provide accurate quotes.

Train and work efficiently with Field Service/Customer Service team on finding solutions for new and current customers.Forecast growth and sales across current customers.Under the supervision of International UE Sales Director create new quotes and deliver to customers.Generate sales and maintain relationships across new customers interested in non-destructive testing methods.This role will require strong communication, negotiation skills, customer relationships and the ability to multi-task. The UE (Ultrasonic Emissions) Sales Representative will initiate contact with customers and create a tailored-fit proposal that will meet customer's needs.
